Verity co-founded Oowee Diner with Charlie Watson in 2017, before going on to launch a sister concept offering ‘market-leading fast food that happens to be vegan’. Oowee now has two locations in London, two in Bristol, two Deliveroo Editions sites and a restaurant in Brighton, with plans to grow its original diner concept next on the cards.
