Paula MacKenzie joined PizzaExpress as CEO in May 2022 to lead the 10,000-strong team on the next stage of its growth – from digital transformation to restaurant refurbishments. Prior to that she spent ten years at KFC UK & Ireland in a variety of senior roles, including managing director chief finance officer, chief development officer and chief marketing officer. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the food and drink industry, including former roles at Diageo, GSK and Innocent. She started her career as audit senior at Ernst & Young.
