After a successful 10-year career in derivatives broking, James joined Harts Group in 2016 to support the growth of the company. He led the acquisition and design for the five Coal Drops Yard properties, as well as the acquisition of El Pastor Soho and the Borough Yards properties in the midst of the first lockdown. James managed the design of the three distinct concepts in Borough Yards across four spaces and continues to oversee the property acquisition, design and brand development as Harts Group grows.
